1. Who we are
The 21myWallet sandbox at 21mywallet.com is operated by 21 Property Finder Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus ("21 Group", "we", "us"). Contact: paris@21finder.com.
2. What the sandbox is — and is not
- It is a software test. All money, balances, account numbers and card numbers in it are simulated.
- It is not a bank, a payment institution or an electronic-money institution. It holds no client funds, is not connected to any bank, card scheme or payment system, and offers no financial service.
- Simulated amounts have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, sold, transferred outside the sandbox or redeemed for anything.
3. Who can use it
You need a 21 ID and you must be at least 18 years old. You must give true information about yourself.
4. Your account, PIN and verification
- Keep your transaction PIN secret. Everything done with your PIN is treated as done by you.
- Identity verification confirms your name, date of birth and a valid passport or ID card. In test mode it is simulated and you must use sample data only. In real mode we process the documents as described in the privacy notice.
- Limits apply to transfers and may differ before and after verification. We may lock or suspend an account to protect the sandbox or other members.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter real card numbers, bank details, passwords or other people's personal data in any field or note;
- try to break, overload or probe the sandbox, other members' accounts or its security, or use automated tools beyond normal use;
- present sandbox amounts, screens or cards to anyone as real money, or use the sandbox to deceive or defraud;
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other members.
6. Feedback
Ideas and feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the service, without payment or credit.
7. Availability, resets and changes
The sandbox is provided for testing. It may be unavailable, changed, reset (balances and test data cleared), suspended or closed at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise it will run without errors or interruptions.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, texts and marks belong to 21 Property Finder Ltd. You may not copy them, or use them to train artificial-intelligence systems, without our written permission.
9. No warranty and limit of liability
The sandbox is provided "as is". Because no real money is involved, we are not liable for any loss of simulated money, data or test results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the sandbox. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. The real service later
A real service would start only after the competent supervisory authority grants the required licence, and under separate terms that you would be asked to accept. We are not obliged to launch it, and nothing here is an offer or promise of a financial service.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When the change is material, you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue. This is version 1.0, 04/10/2026.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Nicosia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
